We purchased a 4 BHK flat in ATS Tourmaline, built up to 3150 square feet. The decision was driven by the need for space for our growing family and the proximity to Euro International School, which is only nearby. The low density living with 41 units per acre was a big draw for us, offering more open space. The luxurious resort-style pool and the kid's pool are huge hits with the children. We also liked the fire fighting system and the eco-friendly green environment. The price for the 4 BHK was around 4.45 Cr. The only downside is that Manipal Hospital is a bit far at nearby, but overall we are happy with the choice.
