We were looking for a spacious home for our family and the 3 BHK at ATS Happy Trails seemed like a good fit. The built-up area ranges from 930 to 1010 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. It's great that GD Goenka School is just 1 kilometer away, making school runs much easier. The complex has a dedicated kid's pool and a safe podium level with no vehicles, which gives us peace of mind when the children are playing outside. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2025, so we have a little wait but it's worth it. The price point was a little high, around 1.73 Cr for the larger unit, but the amenities like the luxurious clubhouse and squash court make up for it.
