It feels very different from an apartment. The area in North Bangalore is developing, and we hope it will be a good investment. The price is on the higher side, 2.13 Crore for the larger units, but we got a decent deal. We liked the idea of sustainable living with solar and rainwater harvesting. The main concern for us is the distance to our school, which is a short distance, and traffic can be unpredictable. Construction is ongoing, with completion set for September 2027.
