We chose Atithi Satkar for our growing family. The 2 BHK flat we are looking at has a super builtup area of about 1026 sq.ft, which gives the kids enough room to play inside. The price was around 20.82 Lakh. Having Divine Life International School nearby is a huge relief for us. The project by Atithi Developeis a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV, making us feel safe. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. The flat is ready to move, which was convenient. The main issue we are facing is the water pressure on higher floo, it drops significantly during peak usage times. Also, while parking is available, it feels a bit congested.

I hope the maintenance service by Atithi Developeis good, as I won't be there to oveee things peonally. The lack of OC details is a bit concerning though.
