We are currently renting and decided it was time to buy our own place. Atithi Prime in Narolgam looked promising. We are considering the 3 BHK which is 1539 Sq.ft, a good upgrade from our current 2 BHK rental. The price range of 29 Lakhs to 42.75 Lakhs is competitive for Ahmedabad. The amenities like the jogging track and the children's play area are perfect for us and our little one. Divine Life International School is also right at nearby, which is incredibly convenient. Dust from the ongoing construction is a bit of an issue right now, but that's expected. We are hoping for a smooth handover by December 2027.

This is my fit time buying a property and Atithi Prime seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartment is 1080 Sq.ft and the price was within my budget around 30 Lakhs. I liked that the project is still under construction, so I have time till December 2027 to pay up. The location in Narolgam is okay, not too far from the city. They have a children's play area which is nice for the future. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the ATITHI BUILDELDEDEES team seems professional and answered all my initial questions.

We chose Atithi Prime because of its proximity to schools. Divine Life International School is literally next door at nearby, and Swastik Hospital is also right there. We are looking at the 3 BHK which is 1539 Sq.ft, offering enough space for our growing family. The price of 42.75 Lakhs for the larger unit is a bit steep, but the location is unbeatable. The project has good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a dedicated security cabin. The landscaping and tree planting will be nice once completed. It is under construction and expected to finish by December 2027. The nearby distance to the Apparel Park Metro Station is a bit far, but we mostly use our car.

I was looking for a quiet place to settle down and Atithi Prime caught my eye. The 1080 Sq.ft 2 BHK configuration is a good size for me. The budget of around 30 Lakhs felt reasonable. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the place feel more serene. Being retired, I value security and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and security cabin are reassuring. The apartment is under construction with a possession date of December 2027, which gives me ample time. The only minor concern is that OC is not yet available, but I trust ATITHI BUILDELDEDEES will sort this out before completion.
