I decided to buy a 2 BHK in Atharwa Royal for its peaceful environment. The project was completed in 2013, so it’s a well-established property. The built-up area of 1338 square feet is comfortable for me. I appreciate the Yoga and Meditation Area, it’s perfect for my daily routine. The location behind Hotel Nishant Park is convenient. While the price was a bit higher than I initially expected, around 65 Lakh, the amenities and the fact that it is ready to move made it worthwhile. Atharwa Builde& Developehave delivered a decent product. The only minor issue is the lack of information on the OC received.

Finding a good home near schools was important, and Atharwa Royal fit the bill. Sunday Science School is nearby, which is a huge relief. We chose a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1338 square feet. The price was 70 Lakh. The swimming pool is a big hit with the kids. Atharwa Builde& Developehave provided a good living space. It’s ready to move, which meant we could shift in quickly after booking. The location in PWD Colony is decent, though sometimes the roads around Beed Bypass can be dusty. Overall, the convenience for the children’s education is the main reason we are happy here.
