We just moved into our 2 BHK apartment at Atharva Nagari and it's been pretty good so far. The carpet area is around 564 Sq.ft to 822 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. We love the swimming pool and the gymnasium – great for unwinding after work. The location in Besa, near Haldiram, is convenient for our commutes, although traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houAtharva Infrastructure seems to have delivered a decent product. We also liked the kids' pool, even though we don't have children yet, it's a nice addition. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. Overall, a solid choice for young professionals.

We picked a unit with a carpet area between 538 Sq.ft to 1465 Sq.ft, offering much more space than our previous place. The location in Besa, near Zudio, is quite accessible. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup, which are crucial for us. The project is ready to move since June 2014. The fire sprinkleand 24x7 security give us a good sense of safety. While the club house and indoor games are nice additions, we feel the internal roads within the project could be wider. Overall, it’s a significant improvement from our rental home.

We chose Atharva Nagari for our family because it’s close to the School of Schola, which is practically nearby. That was a huge factor for us. We bought a 3 BHK apartment, and the carpet area ranges from 463 Sq.ft to 870 Sq.ft, which gives us enough room. The project has a dedicated kid's play area and a multipurpose room that we plan to use. The construction finished in June 2014, and it feels quite sturdy. One small issue is the parking can be a bit tight sometimes if we have guests over. But the proximity to the school and the amenities like the swimming pool and club house make up for it. We are happy with our decision.

I opted for a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of about 985 Sq.ft to 1095 Sq.ft, providing ample space for a single peon. The project offea club house and a gymnasium, which are great facilities. The 24x7 security is also a big plus. I appreciate the ready-to-move-in status since June 2014. The only slight drawback is that the area can get quite busy, especially with the proximity to the hospital and other facilities. But the convenience factor is undeniable. The availability of a medical store on-site is also very handy.

One thing I’ve noticed is that while they have car parking, it can feel a bit congested during busy periods. While the project offea spa and indoor games, my focus was on the land itself. The only minor concern is that the road leading to the project could be better maintained, it can get dusty.
