We purchased a larger plot, 200 sq.yd., which cost us around 59 Lakh. The developer, True Vision RealtoPvt Ltd, is constructing it and expects to finish by December 2025. It's nice that they are including a temple within the community, which is important for us. However, the internal roads are still under construction, so there's a lot of dust when you visit the site, which can be botheome. We are hoping the landscaping and tree planting will make it greener later.
