We needed a spacious home and the 4 BHK at ATH The Palladium, measuring 2158 square feet, caught our eye. Having Annai Veilankanni's Matriculation Higher Secondary School literally at nearby is fantastic for our children. Also, Rainbow Children's Hospital being so close is reassuring. The price for the larger unit is about 2.81 Crore. While the location in Guindy is convenient for us, traffic on Mount-Poonamallee Road can get quite bad during peak hou, which is a minor concern. The project by Asset Tree Homes is under construction, with a targeted completion in September 2027. The earthquake-resistant structure is a good safety feature.
