We were looking for a ready to move property and ATH Royal Emerald fit the bill. Asset Tree Homes handed over the project in January 2024, which was as promised. The 891 square feet 2 BHK unit is quite spacious for our needs, and the location in Pammal is decent, close to work. Having Peace On Green Earth Public School right next door is a huge advantage for my daughter. The gated community aspect provides a good sense of security. Water supply is 24/7, which is essential. The only slight issue is finding parking sometimes if friends visit, but overall, it feels like a solid purchase for a government employee like me.

The built-up area is generous, and the Vastu compliance was a nice touch. Access to the Airport Metro Station is also convenient, nearby, for travel across the city. The maintenance staff seems quite responsive. Dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity is a minor nuisance, but manageable.

My only real concern is the noise from the nearby road during peak hou; it can get a bit loud. Other than that, the landscaping is nice and it’s a peaceful enough place to come home to.
