I am buying a flat at ATH Lavenda for my parents who live in Chennai. Location in Pammal was chosen because it is relatively peaceful and has good connectivity. The 3 BHK configuration with 1183 square feet built-up area is perfect for them. It's great that PARVATHY HOSPITAL is nearby, which gives me peace of mind. The price for this unit was around 68.61 Lakh. Asset Tree Homes has provided good amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security, which are important for my parents' safety. The flat is ready for them to move in immediately as it was completed in January 2024. The car parking is also included.

As a retired individual, I value peace and quiet, and ATH Lavenda in Pammal offered that. The project is Vastu compliant, which was important to my wife. The 1183 square feet 3 BHK is quite large and has ample ventilation. We are happy with the landscaping and tree planting, it gives a nice green feel. The price point was reasonable, around 68 Lakh for the bigger flat. My only concern is the traffic getting out of Pammal during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. The developer, Asset Tree Homes, has provided a community hall which is a nice amenity. Water supply is 24X7, which is good.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat near the airport in Chennai and found ATH Lavenda. The 2 BHK we saw had a built-up area of 941 square feet, which felt quite spacious for us. It's great that the Peace On Green Earth Public School is literally nearby, very convenient. The price was around 55 Lakh, which fit our budget. Construction looks decent. The main thing is it's ready to move in, so we don't have to wait long. Asset Tree Homes seems to have completed this project on time in January 2024. The gated community aspect is also a plus for us.

We chose ATH Lavenda mainly for its proximity to schools. Peace On Green Earth Public School being nearby was the deciding factor for us. We bought a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of about 900 square feet. The kids' play area is a nice touch. The price was around 50 Lakh, which was acceptable. The Airport Metro Station is nearby, making travel easier. However, the construction dust from ongoing development in the surrounding area is a bit of a concern for us right now. The community hall is a good space for gatherings. Asset Tree Homes has made it ready to move.
