Getting our kids into Peace On Green Earth Public School was a priority, and this place is just a minute away, which is amazing. We bought a 3 BHK flat here at ATH Golden Enclave. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1095 square feet, giving us enough space. Pallavaram is a well-connected area in Chennai South. We liked the children's play area and the 24x7 water supply. The only slight issue is that the roads around Pallavaram can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. The construction seems solid and it was ready to move in April 2021.
