We were looking for something ready to move in Chennai South and stumbled upon Aswin Villa. The location in Madipakkam is decent, with Kauvery Hospital on Radial Road being very close – a big relief for peace of mind. We checked out the villa last week, and it seemed fine for our needs. Aswin Homes has presented it as a good option for young couples. The only drawback is that the area can get quite congested during peak traffic times, especially getting onto Radial Road. We are still considering if the accessibility outweighs the traffic hassle. The actual villa size and layout details were not clearly provided, which made it slightly difficult to visualize the space.

We chose Aswin Villa primarily because of its location in Madipakkam, Chennai South. The D. A. V. School is just a short distance away, which significantly reduces the daily commute stress for our children. However, the parking space provided is quite limited. If you have more than one car, finding additional parking can be a challenge. The surrounding area can also get dusty at times due to ongoing developments. Despite these minor issues, the convenience for our kids' schooling makes it a worthwhile decision.
