The proximity to Modern Senior Secondary School, just a minute away, was a huge deciding factor for us. The price point of 1.04 crore for the 3 BHK was at the higher end of our budget, but the location and school proximity made it justifiable. The project is ready to move in, which means we don't have to wait. We are looking forward to settling here.
