As a business owner, I look for value and timely delivery. Asvini Foundations delivered Asvini Kuberan back in 2014, and it's ready to move in. I bought a 2 BHK unit here, around 977 sq.ft, for investment purposes. The price was around 38 Lakhs, which seemed fair for the area. TVS Nagar is a developing locality. The cycling and jogging track is a nice amenity for residents. However, the access road to the project isn't the widest, which can be a slight inconvenience sometimes, especially with larger vehicles. The construction quality appeasolid though.
