    My wife and I decided it was time to buy our own place after renting for yeaWe chose Asthalakshmi Nagar in Valasaravakkam because of its location. Being teache, the proximity to Sri Chaitanya Senior Secondary School is wonderful. It's also very convenient to have Apollo Hospitals just nearby for any emergencies. SPS Vaikunth's project being ready to move was a big draw. We could move in immediately and avoid paying rent and EMI simultaneously. The area itself is quite lively. Parking can be a little challenging here, especially during busy hou, but we're making it work.
