I appreciated the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it gives a nice natural feel. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the amenities provided. The nearby K. E. Carmel School is a short distance, though not directly relevant to me, it indicates good neighborhood development. The road leading to the main street is a bit narrow.
