Finding a good ready-to-move home was a priority, and Assetz Marq fit the bill. I bought a 3 BHK, which has a built-up area of 1366 sq.ft. The price was within my budget. The developer, Assetz Property Group, has included excellent amenities such as a piped gas connection, a water softener plant, and ample car parking. The project is situated in Kannamangala, Bangalore East, which is reasonably well-connected to Hoskote road and SH 35. One minor issue is the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments, which can be a bit botheome at times. However, the overall quality of construction and the green spaces are commendable.

We chose Assetz Marq because of its proximity to schools. Whitefield Global School is nearby, and Geetha Hospital is also at the same distance, which is very convenient for us. We bought a 4 BHK flat with a built-up area of 2262 sq.ft, priced at 3.17 Crore. The project by Assetz Property Group is ready to move. The 38,000 sq.ft clubhouse is fantastic for the kids, with indoor games and a swimming pool. They also have a skating rink and a volleyball court. The security is tight with 24x7 guards and CCTV surveillance. The only drawback is that the main road access could be slightly better; you have to navigate a bit to get onto the main Hoskote road.
