    We chose Assetz East Point primarily for our children's education. New Horizons Gurukul is nearby, making school runs very easy. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1467 square feet, costing about 2.67 Crore. The Bellandur location offegood connectivity, with the Outer Ring Road at nearby and Seetharam Palya Metro Station nearby. The ample car parking space is a relief for our family. The kids also love the skating rink and the dedicated kids' play area. While the price is substantial, the quality of construction and the amenities like the clubhouse and multipurpose room seem to justify it. The 24x7 security is also a significant factor for us.
