We bought a 1350 square feet 3 BHK at Asset Urban Crest primarily because it is close to schools. Brooks School of Hotel Management is just a short walk away, which is fantastic for our children. The ready to move aspect meant we could settle in quickly before the new school term started. The apartment layout is functional, and the size is comfortable for our family. We appreciate the children's play area and the overall landscaping. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and gated community provide a sense of security. One minor issue is the dust from nearby ongoing developments, but that should hopefully settle down. The availability of 24X7 water supply is a must-have.
