Asset Silver Swan in Aluva was a good buy for us. We got a 2 BHK, around 1310 sq.ft, for about 51 Lakhs. The main attraction was the ready-to-move-in status. The video door security and 24x7 water supply are practical features. Living here is convenient because the Aluva Metro Station is just a nearby walk away. My only minor issue is that the parking space can feel a bit cramped when you have guests. The developer, Asset Homes Pvt Ltd, has provided a decent living experience so far. The gymnasium is well-equipped.

I chose Asset Silver Swan for its serene environment and good connectivity. The 2 BHK apartment I selected is 1200 sq.ft, offering a comfortable space. The price was reasonable, around 55 Lakhs. The project has lush greenery and the cycling and jogging track is perfect for my morning walks. It is also very close to Rajagiri Hospital, which is a significant advantage at this stage of life. What I find slightly disappointing is the lack of readily available information regarding the Occupancy Certificate (OC). While the construction seems solid, this detail is important for peace of mind. The 24x7 security provides a sense of safety.

We were looking for a comfortable place for my parents near Aluva and found Asset Silver Swan. It is ready to move which was a big plus. The location in Periyar Nagar is quite peaceful with greenery, and they have a children's play area which is nice for when my grandkids visit. My father is happy with the gymnasium. The 1200 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment size is perfect for them. My only worry is the traffic getting to the main road can be a bit much during peak houOtherwise, Asset Homes Pvt Ltd seems to have done a decent job. The 24x7 security is reassuring as they live alone.

We finally moved into our new 3 BHK at Asset Silver Swan. After yeaof renting, this feels like a dream. The size is around 2150 sq.ft, plenty of room for us and our growing family. We love the swimming pool and the garden area. It's very close to Rajagiri Hospital, which is important. The apartment cost was about 91 Lakhs, which was manageable. The only downside we've noticed is that the Wi-Fi connection can be a bit spotty sometimes, and the maintenance charges are a little higher than we expected. But overall, the peaceful surroundings and good amenities make it worthwhile.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Asset Silver Swan. The price range was within my budget, costing around 70 Lakhs. Being ready to move in December 2012 was convenient. I liked the idea of Rain Water Harvesting and the cycling track. The apartment is 1810 sq.ft, which gives us enough space. The proximity to Vidyadhiraja Vidyabavan school is zero kilomete, which is great for my children. However, I wish the OC was available, it makes me a bit uneasy. The construction quality seems good for the price paid.
