Buying Asset Patio for my parents was a decision driven by its ready-to-move status and the Cheranalloor location. I picked a 1190 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment for them. The price of 53.55 Lakh seemed fair for Asset Homes Pvt Ltd's offering. The close proximity to both Salem- Kochi- Kanyakumari Hwy and Edapally- Panvel Highway makes it easy for anyone to visit them. They mentioned the swimming pool and the landscaping are quite nice, and they feel safe with the 24x7 security. The fact that it was completed back in May 2010 means it's an established property. I wish there was more information available about recent upgrades or maintenance schedules, but hopefully, it's in good shape.

My fit property purchase was a 2 BHK apartment at Asset Patio. I was drawn to the 1190 sq.ft builtup area and the price of 53.55 Lakh. It's located in Cheranalloor, and I liked that Campion School is nearby. The building has basic amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area, which are nice to have. Asset Homes Pvt Ltd completed this project a while back, but it feels quite livable. The internet/Wi-Fi facility is essential for me, and it's available. The main downside is the traffic noise from the nearby highways, especially during the day. It's something I'll have to get used to. Otherwise, it's a decent start for me.

The price point of 70.2 Lakh was within my budget. The proximity to Aster Medcity is also convenient for any medical needs. Asset Homes Pvt Ltd has maintained the property reasonably well given it was completed in 2010. The 24x7 security and water supply are standard but important. My main concern is the lack of readily available information regarding the Occupancy Certificate, which feels a bit odd even after all these yeaIt's a quiet area though, which I prefer.

We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and looked at Asset Patio in Cheranalloor. The 3 BHK, with its 1560 sq.ft builtup area, seemed like a good step up for our family. Priced at 70.2 Lakh, it was at the higher end of our budget, but the space is worth it. The location is convenient, being very close to the Chittor- Cheranallur Road and not too far from Kalamassery Metro Station (around 4 km). Asset Homes Pvt Ltd has provided a gymnasium and a sauna bath, which are great for relaxation. The landscaping is pleasant, and the swimming pool is a bonus. The biggest concern for us is the dust and noise from the construction happening on the adjacent plots, which can be quite disruptive during the day. We are hoping this settles down soon.

I really appreciate the 24x7 security and the intercom facility provided by Asset Homes Pvt Ltd. The grocery shop within the complex is super convenient for daily needs. Having a children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. The terrace garden is also a pleasant space. The only issue is the parking; it's open parking and can get a bit crowded if visitoarrive.

The developer, Asset Homes Pvt Ltd, seems to have completed this project quite some time back in May 2010. We liked the landscaping around the complex. The only slight drawback is that the Chittor- Cheranallur Road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it fits our needs well.

My only minor worry is the distance to the metro station at Kalamassery, which is almost nearby, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.
