We just moved into Asset Kottaram a couple of months ago. The 1350 sq.ft 3 BHK flat is quite spacious for us and our growing collection of gadgets. The location in Maradu is decent, close enough to NH-47A for my commute to the IT park, usually takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Having the Petta Metro Station nearby is also a big plus for weekend outings. The swimming pool is nice, though the 'Olympic size' claim might be a slight exaggeration. What we really love is the gym facilities; it has all the modern equipment we need. Power backup is reassuring, though we haven't had to use it much yet. Moving into Asset Kottaram was a good decision for me. Being close to the Petta Metro Station means I can easily travel across the city without relying on my car. The apartment itself is a comfortable 3 BHK, with enough space for my home office setup. I appreciate the 24x7 security; it makes me feel very safe. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and I use it regularly. The landscaping is nicely done, giving a refreshing vibe. My only minor complaint would be the road access to the project; the lane leading up to it is a bit narrow and can get congested sometimes, especially during evenings. Otherwise, the community hall and recreation facilities are good for unwinding.
