We picked Asset Genesis because of the proximity to Radcliffe Group of Schools, which is nearby. Our kids can get to school easily now. The 3 BHK apartment we got is quite spacious, around 1607 Sq.ft, giving us enough room. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex looks nice and adds a bit of green space. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us. We haven't faced any issues with the 24x7 water supply so far. The only small thing is that during peak hou, getting onto Kochangadi Road can be a bit slow due to traffic, but it's manageable.
