It is ready to move, so they could shift in immediately. The location in Aluva is close to essential facilities like schools and hospitals, which was important for me. Asset Homes Pvt Ltd is a developer I trust. The price of 65 Lakhs was acceptable. The landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings pleasant. My parents also appreciate the maintenance staff who are always available to help.
