    Asset Canvas offea good mix of apartments. I looked at the 3 BHK units, some of which are 1819 square feet. The location behind Le Meridien in Maradu is strategic. The price range of 1.04 Crore to 1.72 Crore is competitive for the area. The mini theatre is a unique amenity that stands out. The fire fighting system and fire escape staircases indicate a good focus on safety by Asset Homes Pvt Ltd. It was completed in December 2015. The car parking is adequate. I find the location very accessible from the main roads.
