We bought a 950 square feet 2 BHK flat. It’s spacious enough for the two of us. The price was around 25.3 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the area. We liked that it's ready to move in, so we could shift immediately. The address is in Dattu Nagar, South Hyderabad. The only minor issue is that the main road access could be a bit better, the lane leading to the property is a bit narrow.
