The 24x7 water supply and lift are essential conveniences. Being Vastu compliant was a plus. The location near Begur Main Road is accessible. However, the traffic on Banergatta Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The price of 44.4 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the amenities provided by Aspen Structures. Video door security is a modern touch.
