I'm considering a 1 BHK apartment, which has a super builtup area ranging from 675 to 765 square feet. The pricing is quite reasonable, starting from 16 Lakh. The proximity to Divine Life International School, just a minute away, is good, and Swastik Hospital is also very close. The main drawback I've noticed is the traffic on the main road during peak houIt can be a bit congested. Overall, it is a decent place for a calm life.

This traffic situation is a bit concerning for our daily commute. We need to think carefully about this aspect.
