We chose Asok Apartment because it's close to Barasat Indira Gandhi Memorial High School, nearby. The 2 BHK flats are well laid out, with super builtup areas from 803 Sq.ft to 1025 Sq.ft. It is a ready to move project by Sree Maa Construction, completed in November 2023. The price point of 30.46 L to 37.93 L was acceptable for a family home. The 24x7 water supply and the presence of lifts are very practical. We also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The area is quite accessible, and it feels like a good neighbourhood for children to grow up in. The overall construction quality appeagood.

Proximity to Narayana Hospital, Barasat, which is nearby, is a significant advantage. The availability of lifts and 24x7 water supply are essential utilities. While the location is good, sometimes the noise from nearby roads can be a bit much, especially in the evenings. Otherwise, it is a solid choice.

The amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts are functional. The location is convenient for accessing the Barasat Bus Stop which is nearby, important for city travel. The dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity is noticeable at times, but hopefully that will settle down.

Being a ready to move property, it saved us a lot of waiting time. The price, around 35 Lakhs, was competitive for the area. We liked that there is a shopping mall nearby, making errands easier. The 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance are essential features for us. The location in Hridaypur is developing, and we see potential for future appreciation. One minor issue is that the car parking space is a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
