  We finally decided to buy our own place and settled on a 2 BHK in Asma Galexy Empire. The carpet area is quite spacious, ranging up to 711 square feet, giving us plenty of room to grow. The location in Igatpuri, Phule Nagar is fantastic; it’s only a minute’s walk to Mahatma Gandhi Highschool, which is perfect for our children. We also appreciate that Asma Land DevelopeAnd Property Consultants have included Solid Waste Management. It’s ready to move in, so we don’t have to wait anymore. The main drawback we noticed is the limited parking space mentioned by some residents; we have one car but might need to be careful if we get another. Still, the convenience for schools and the space make it a worthwhile upgrade.

Mahatma Gandhi Highschool is literally a minute away, and ASHOKA NISARGOPCHAR KENDRA IGATPURI is also right there for health and wellness. The developer, Asma Land DevelopeAnd Property Consultants, has included amenities like Storm Water Drains, which is important for monsoon preparedness. Being ready to move makes it incredibly convenient. The only small issue we are facing is that the water pressure can be a bit low during peak hou, especially in our 2 BHK apartment.

The proximity to Igatpuri Bus Stand is amazing for when we need to travel out of town. Also, ASHOKA NISARGOPCHAR KENDRA IGATPURI is just a minute away, which is nice for weekend relaxation. Asma Land DevelopeAnd Property Consultants have provided basic amenities like Storm Water Drains. The price point, though not listed here, was within our budget range. The main concern is the small size of the bedroom in the 1 BHK, it feels a little cramped, but given the location and readiness, we accepted it. Overall, a good starter home.
