I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Asian Constructions Laasya about a year ago as an investment. The built-up area is around 1585 sq.ft, a decent size for renting out. The project was completed in 2010 by Asian Constructions Pvt. Ltd., and it's located in Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield. While the area has seen growth, the main concern for me is the lack of readily available OC details, which can sometimes affect resale value. However, the proximity to Old Airport Road and SH-35 is a plus for connectivity. The initial price of 96.89 Lakh for the larger units was competitive for the area at the time. Rental demand is steady here, which is positive for returns.

We purchased a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1200 sq.ft, which is functional for our needs. The price was around 70 Lakh. It’s ready to move, and the Vastu compliant design was a plus for us. The children's play area and the swimming pool are great for the kids. My only reservation is that the multi-purpose room is a bit small, and sometimes parking can be a bit tight when friends visit. Still, the convenience for school and the overall community feel are very positive.

The 3 BHK apartments have a good built-up area, ranging from 1585 sq.ft to 1850 sq.ft. The price for our 3 BHK was approximately 85 Lakh, which is within our means. The project is ready to move, and it was completed a while back, so we know what we are getting. The 24x7 security and the swimming pool are nice amenities. However, the distance to Kadugodi Metro Station (3 KM) means we still rely on our car for public transport access. Also, construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit of an issue sometimes.
