Decided to buy my fit flat at Asian Alora in Cheranallur. The location is super convenient with the highways right there, making my commute easy. I got a 3 BHK flat around 1500 square feet, which feels spacious enough for me. The price was within my budget, around 70 Lakhs. Construction is ongoing, expected to finish by December 2025. I liked the idea of the solar power system and rainwater harvesting being included in the amenities. Visitor parking is also a plus for when friends come over. Hoping the finishing quality is good.

I am buying a flat at Asian Alora for my parents who live in Kochi. The location in Cheranallur is ideal as it is very close to Aster Medcity, which is important for their healthcare needs. I selected a 3 BHK unit of 1550 sq.ft, which should be comfortable for them. The price was around 75 Lakhs. Asian Developeare constructing the project, with completion planned for December 2025. Amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and fire fighting systems provide peace of mind. I did notice some dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. Hopefully, the finished product is excellent.

It's still under construction, with completion expected in December 2025. The proximity to Aster Medcity is a big advantage for us. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on Kannampilly Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it improves. Overall, it feels like a good start.
