The price is on the higher side, reaching up to 1.04 Crore, but Prakash Buildehas a decent track record. The construction is ongoing, expected to finish in October 2028. My main concern is the traffic on Jessore Road, especially during peak hou, which could make commuting a daily challenge. However, the proximity to Narayana Hospital is a definite advantage.
