The location in Marra is developing, and the proximity to Panjim is advantageous. Being a ready to move property completed in March 2021 means immediate rental income potential. The 800 square feet built up area for the 1 BHK configuration is decent for the rental market. The amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 CCTV surveillance add value. My only concern is the lack of readily available pricing information, which made initial budgeting a bit tricky. However, the developer’s track record gives some confidence.

    This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Ashray Daffodille in North Goa. I was drawn to the 1 BHK configuration which has a built up area of 800 square feet. The fact that it's ready to move and was completed in March 2021 gave me confidence. The amenities like the swimming pool and 24x7 CCTV surveillance were appealing. It’s located in Marra. While the overall experience has been positive, I do find the room sizes a bit compact for my liking, although the 800 square feet is well utilized. The developer, Ashray Real Estate Develope, has provided reliable power backup which is a great relief. The nearby school is also a plus.

It was completed in March 2021, so it's relatively new. The swimming pool and 24x7 security are definite plus points. It’s located in Marra, North Goa. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially coming from Panjim. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful locality. We haven't faced any issues with power backup, which is reliable.

The only downside is that the surrounding area can be a bit dusty during the construction phases of nearby projects, but that's common in growing areas.
