We work from home mostly so having power backup is a blessing. It is located near the Kankaragunta Bridge which makes moving around the city much easier. We liked the rain water harvesting feature that Ashok provided. It is not exactly luxury living but it is a solid ready to move property. The traffic near the bridge can get a bit loud during peak houbut we manage. Overall a good purchase for our budget of 33.18 Lakhs.
