    After renting for many yea, we finally bought a home at Ashok Rohith Grand. It feels good to own a place that is Vastu compliant and well ventilated. We opted for the 1185 Sq.ft unit because we wanted that extra bit of space for our books and peonal belongings. Ashok has managed to build a decent society here with essential features like security and water harvesting. Having the Gujjanagundla Circle nearby makes it very easy to find taxis or auto rickshaws at any time of the day. The building is quiet and the neighboare mostly working professionals. We spent around 37.92 Lakh which was within our budget limits. It is a relief to stop paying monthly rent and invest in our own property.
