The price at 3.7 Crore onwards was at the higher end of our budget, but the location is fantastic, especially with Rabindranath World School and Narayana Hospital being so close. It simplifies our commute and the kids' school run immensely. Having essential amenities like car parking and a lift is a big improvement from our rental. The developer, Ashley Estate, seems to have a decent track record. The only minor issue is that the street leading to the building can get quite dusty during construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down.
