The location in DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon, is excellent, very close to Rabindranath World School and Narayana Hospital. The fact that it was ready to move in July 2023 made the process smooth. The price of 4.6 Crore onwards is within our budget for a builder floor of this size. The lift is a helpful amenity. My only minor worry is the lack of OC received, but the developer, Ashley Estate, assures us it's in process. Overall, a solid choice.
