However, I am a bit concerned about the lack of readily available data for Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital nearby, though Delhi Public School is nearby. The price range of 22.93 Lakh to 45.32 Lakh is competitive for the amenities offered. The partial power backup is reassuring.

While the project itself is good, the approach road to Jaisinghpura could be better maintained; it’s a bit dusty and narrow.
