It was ready to move in which was a huge plus for us. The price point around 23 Lakh felt reasonable for Pune. We liked that there was 24x7 water supply guaranteed by Ashirwad Associates. The Bhosari Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. Overall, it’s a good starter home for us.
