The proximity to NH 8 connectivity via Alwar Bypass Road is a major plus for my commute. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. Ashiana Housing Ltd. Has a good reputation. The hospital is about 10 kilometeaway, which is acceptable. The build quality appeastrong, with wide internal roads. My only slight worry is the lack of readily available information about the Occupancy Certificate, but being ready to move was the priority. The overall environment is serene.
