    I purchased a 3 BHK unit in Ashiana Classic Peonal Floofor investment purposes. The built-up area is 1100 sq.ft, which is quite spacious. The location in Sector 49, Gurgaon, provides good connectivity to Old Delhi Gurgaon Road and Golf Coue Extension Road. The project was completed in June 1998, so it's an older property but Ashiana Homes has a reputation. The price range of 1.03 crore to 1.51 crore seems reasonable for the area and configuration. My only concern is the lack of updated OC details, which might be an issue for future resale value. The gated community and 24x7 water supply are good basic amenities.
