    I have purchased a 907 square feet 2 BHK apartment at Ashiana Anmol. The project is under construction and expected completion is December 2028. The developer, Ashiana Housing Ltd., seems to have a good reputation. I liked the idea of a Kid-centric Learning Hub and a Virtual Sports Academy, which will be great for visiting grandchildren. The location on Sohna Road, Sector 33 Sohna is developing rapidly. My only minor worry is the traffic on Sohna Road during peak hou, but the proximity to SCJ & GD Goenka Schools, nearby, is a huge plus. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are also appealing for staying active in retirement. Overall, it seems like a sensible purchase.
