I opted for a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1960 square feet, costing about 1.86 Crore. The project by Ashiana Housing Ltd. Is ready to move, which was crucial for my immediate relocation needs. The wide range of amenities, including a spa and gymnasium, is appealing. However, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other projects in developing areas. The nearby distance to NH 66 is convenient for travel, but the immediate vicinity felt a little less developed than I had hoped. Still, the project itself is well-maintained.

Moving into Ashiana Anmol Phase II was a decision driven by the excellent kid-centric amenities. My children are already enjoying the skating rink and the kid's pool. We bought a 2 BHK apartment which is 1275 square feet, giving us plenty of space. It was completed in 2021 and is ready to move. The price was around 1.10 Crore, which felt fair for the quality and facilities provided by Ashiana Housing Ltd. SCJ World School is also conveniently located just over 2 kilometeaway, making school runs easy. The only slight drawback is that the car parking spaces seem a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or more than one car. The amphitheater is a nice touch for community events.

I looked at several options in Gurgaon before deciding on Ashiana Anmol Phase II. The 780 square feet 2 BHK was within my budget, coming in at around 74.1 Lakh. Ashiana Housing Ltd. Seems to have a decent reputation, and the project is ready to move in, which was a big plus for me. The location on Sohna Road is developing, and it's not too far from the main city areas. I did notice the traffic on Sohna Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, so commuting might be a bit of a challenge. However, the amenities like the club house and swimming pool are attractive. The built-up area for the 2 BHKs ranges up to 1275 square feet, which is quite spacious.

The location in Sector 33 Sohna on Sohna Road is okay, not too far from Medanta - The Medicity. They offer 2 and 3 BHK configurations. We looked at a 996 square feet 3 BHK which felt quite roomy. The price for this unit was around 95 Lakhs. The list of amenities is impressive, especially the kid-centric theme, which is a big plus for us. However, the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments was noticeable when we visited. Also, the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is a bit of a distance away.
