The location in Cooke Town is also quite convenient for us. We looked at a few configurations but ended up choosing a 2 BHK. The rooms are a decent size, not huge but comfortable for our family of four. Being ready to move was also a big plus as we didn't want to wait any longer. The developer, Ashed Properties & Investments Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a good reputation. My only slight concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but inside the locality it's much quieter. Overall, it's a practical choice for families.
