We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place in Kolkata and found Asha Vikram Neer And Utfulla. The 3 BHK configurations are quite large, about 1060 square feet, perfect for us to grow into. The price point was competitive, falling between 38.48 Lakh and 39.22 Lakh. We really liked that Narayana Hospital is practically next door, and the Kavi Nazrul Metro station is only 1 kilometer away, making our daily commute much easier. The developer, A. S. H. A. Kolkata, seems to have good basics covered with 24x7 security and power backup. My only minor concern is that the immediate surroundings felt a bit dusty during our visit, but that's common in developing areas. We are happy with our decision.
