What attracted me were the amenities like the swimming pool and recreation facilities, which are good for unwinding after long shifts. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and power backup are essential for me. My only hesitation is that the completion date information is not readily available, which makes it a bit uncertain for future planning. The electrification with solar energy is a good initiative though. The nearby school is a bonus for future family planning.

    We were looking for a plot in New Town and Asha Enclave by Triple S Buildcon seemed like a good option. The plot sizes are decent, we got the 720 Sq.ft one which is perfect for our small family. It's great that the Bhojerhat Saroda Deshapriya Balika Vidyalaya is literally nearby, makes school runs so easy. The children's play area and the landscaping are also nice touches. My only worry is the traffic getting out of Bablatala during peak hou, it can get quite congested. We haven't seen the construction quality for the houses yet as we are just buying the plot, but the common areas look well maintained. The price range was within our budget, which was important.

We chose a 1440 Sq.ft plot, which gives us plenty of space to build a nice house. The price was manageable, around 18.0 Lakh, and we liked that it's ready to move. The landscaping and tree planting around the plots are really well done. It feels quite serene. The only downside we've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is common in developing localities. We are hoping Triple S Buildcon maintains the common areas well. We also appreciated the solid waste management system they have in place.

I bought the 720 Sq.ft plot, which fits my budget perfectly at 9.0 Lakh. Having essential services nearby is a big advantage. The street lighting and 24x7 CCTV surveillance offer some peace of mind. However, the distance to the Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far for daily commute if I don't want to drive. Parking is open, which is fine for me, but might be an issue for some. Overall, it's a decent place to build a home.
