The location in Padi is strategically placed, with Tirupati Road about 3.5 kilometeaway, making access to essential routes feasible. I also noted its closeness to Thirumangalam Metro Station, just over 3 kilomete, which enhances connectivity considerably. The residential units are practical. My only slight reservation is the traffic noise from the nearby main roads can sometimes filter in, depending on the wind direction. Otherwise, it seems like a solid development.

We chose ASD Santhosh Nagar primarily because of its proximity to schools. SBOA School & Junior College being at 0 kilometewas the deciding factor for us. Also, The Madras Medical Mission Hospital being so close is a great relief for any parent. The residential units are ready to move in, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. ASD Properties has made a good effort here. The neighborhood in Padi is accessible, although the connection to the Grand Southern Trunk Road is a bit far at 19 kilometeWe are managing with the local roads for now. The kids seem happy with the space.

The location in Padi offereasonable connectivity; it's close to Ambattur Estate Road, which is a significant commercial hub.
