It’s ready to move, which was perfect for our immediate needs as we didn't want to extend our rental agreement. The location in Santokh Pura, Jalandhar, is convenient, with C. T. Public School nearby, which is ideal for our children. The proximity to Tagore Hospital is also a significant advantage. We found the parking area a bit congested during our visits, which could be an issue during large gatherings. The construction quality seems solid, and Ascent Buildtech has delivered on time.
